WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship everywhere in the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Heads up: You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Please note that we cannot accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. We are also taking more time shipping our products due to COVID-19 to ensure our products are clean.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Standard shipping is 100% on us for all orders valued at $50 or more (that’s pre-tax and shipping costs). It’s a flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $50. If you’re in a rush, we also offer two-day shipping for $14.99.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Liz Milano orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Processing takes about one to two business days. Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Then, it’s off to our shipping carriers.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders arrive three to seven business days after processing. When you select two-day shipping, expect your order to arrive two business days after it’s processed. Don’t worry—we’ll send you an email with all the details as soon as your goods leave our warehouse.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We proudly offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you didn’t love a Liz Milano product for any reason, please reach out to the Liz Milano Team at email@example.com, and we’ll address any questions or concerns. We issue exchanges or full refunds for products returned within 30 days.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending your bank's policy, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
